chris:  The image of the past is that men got stuff done, all wore suits, and in general, had "the right stuff". The inclusion of the man in a space suit is a further contribution to that image, though he's actually supposed to be the man from our time. 2 years ago

chris:  That image is contrasted with the modern predilection for broadcasting banal trivialities, such as what you ate for breakfast, the idea being that because of this predilection, we don't get stuff done nearly as well as these well-dressed men from back in the day. 2 years ago
