Porky was revolutionary. He was the 'man,' 'the cool cat' and the guy you wanted to know. Porky was so passionate for r&b that he played black records, which were banned on white radio. At a time when even music was racially segregated, he championed artists like Bo Diddley & James Brown to show people that music has no borders.
