Fouquet Chocolate and Confectionary Shop in Paris
So at first I thought this guy was from npr because his voice sounds exactly like the guy from "This American Life." It turns out he is a pastry chef who used to work at Chez Panisse and lives in Paris now. He shows us a candy shop that has been in Paris since 1852 and still makes candy the old-fashioned way!
