A scene from the Japanese film Tampopo, which tells the story of a truck driver who stops at a small noodle shop and decides to help their business. It's intertwined with vignettes that all show a love for food. Next time you eat a bowl of ramen try appreciating each little addition in it.

theillustrati:  @ kira: it's all about respecting the pork. lol!
@ Natasha: i'm lucky enough to live in a city with a million different ramen houses. if you ever get the chance, i highly recommend going to a restaurant and trying what a ramen master has to offer. the complexities in the broth alone can be mind blowing. 5 months ago
DrennonDavis:  @natasha, there are so many amazing ramen places in the bay. Since you're East bay, you should try Ryowa. 5 months ago
