"Under African Skies" won an audience award at SXSW film under the "24 beats per second" category. The Paul Simon documentary was a perfect fit because it touches upon music's influence on politics, culture & history. In order to inspire others through music, Paul Simon put himself right smack in the chaos of South Africa.
