WTF are "psych punks?" Apparently the cosmonauts are, but you won't understand that that means until you see them live and then you'll be like "ohhh, I get it." SXSW had a lot of psych influenced music this year (duh, it's Austin, home of Rocky Erikson), which is awesome cause there wasn't a single psych band I didn't like.
