The Slamdance Festival is a film festival put on by filmmakers to help support and acknowledge new, independent artists. It coincided with the Sundance Festival in Park City, Utah. This beautiful short won the Grand Jury Prize for best short and depicts a young cowboy in NY who is dealing with the death of his best friend.
