I'm taking a trip out to NYC in May and have been looking for the best places to eat. As luck would have it filmmaker Roberto Serrini sent over this great interview with Jeremy Spector, the owner of the Brindle Room. With burgers, oysters, and potato donuts I don't think it'll be possible to walk away disappointed.
