Bollywood's influence has swept up much of the Muslim world into a frenzy. The decadent nature of the films is at a stark contrast to the traditionalism being preached in the Middle East by groups like Al Qaeda. Bollywood is doing its part to give a sense of identity and pride to those alienated from the radicalization of Islam.
