This Taboo segment on furries is a good primer into this strange culture filled with strange people dissatisfied with their human forms. It's a committed community and not usually half-assed but I'm pretty sure that one girl is just dressing as bebop from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Not that I'd expect many to catch that.
