Off the Charts
Song-Poetry is a bizare world. Small-time music publishers post ads in magazines requesting lyrics to be turned into songs and, of course, those ads attract all of the eccentrics to submit their poems. The result is a hilarious, absurd collection of music created by outsiders and collected by outsiders.
