At the center of all the goings on in the Hippie movement stood the corner of Haight and Ashbury in San Francisco. Nowadays, it's littered with traveling crust punks, tourists, and guys whispering, "Green Bud?" in your direction. While still definitely a mecca for outsiders, the neighborhood has had to adapt to the modern world.
