Foam party: Rare phenomenon hits the coast of Melbourne

June 19, 2012 Mother Nature proves once again that she knows how to throw a killer party. Waves of foam were found along a 3.1 mile-long stretch of cost near Melbourne, Australia. Surfers took the opportunity to create "foam tunnels". The foam was created by strong winds and heavy rains washing matter into a bay.
