One of the plights facing the Urban landscape is gentrification. Modesto Jimenez, a Bushwick native, watches the hordes of artists move into his neighborhood, ousting the original Latino community in the process. As a poet and cab driver, Jimenez is caught between both worlds in this urban phenomena.
