Egypt court rules against parliament recall Egypt's Constitutional court has just issued a ruling to stop the president reinstating the dissolved parliament. On Tuesday Mohamed Morsi made a Presidential decree which allowed the parliament to reconvene but the courts have now ruled that no further parliamentary sessions can be held.
