The Club For Growth , a conservative political action committee, has launched a new TV ad that will run in Wisconsin. The ad pits the former governor Tommy Thompson against businessman Eric Hovde. Club for Growth, which is anti-tax, has endorsed former US Rep. Mark Neumann in the GOP primary race.
