Apparently a Washington, DC Metro police officer didn't like the snowball fight that was happening during a huge snowstorm hitting the East Coast so he decided to draw his weapon and subsequently arrest a guy who may or may not have thrown a snowball. Really? That's like bringing a knife to a gun fight...so not fair...be civil.
